+ HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order please choose the product range, select the item and proceed to the checkout. Input your personal, address, delivery details and card details. Your payment is processed securely in real time.

+DOES ATLAS MCNEIL HEALTH CARE PROVIDE A DELIVERY SERVICE?

Yes, we deliver Australia wide from our warehouses located around the country. See our locations here.

+ DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM OR RETAIL OUTLET?

Yes. Atlas McNeil Healthcare’s retail store is at 35 Magill Road, Stepney, SA, 5069. The Retail Store is open from 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

+ IS MY PAYMENT SECURE?

Yes. Our Secure Server Software (SSL) encrypts all your personal information including credit card and debit card numbers and your name and address so they can be securely transmitted over the internet.

+ HOW DO I BUY COMPRESSION STOCKINGS?

We measure for compression stockings between 9.00-11.00am. You do not need to make a booking. If you require greater than 15-20 mmhg of compression you will require a Doctors prescription. People with underlying medical conditions ie Diabetes may need a referral.

+ DO YOU HAVE A PRICE LIST YOU CAN SEND ME?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a price list for our 10,000+ lines. Please contact us for product information and pricing.

+ WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Please see our Return Policy below: 
1. All claims related to incorrect supply must be made to Customer Service within seven (7) days after date of delivery.

2. Where return of a non-defective product is sought, approval must be obtained from Atlas McNeil Healthcare prior to its return.
3. The product must be returned at the customer's expense in a saleable condition and part boxes will not be accepted.
4. For return of goods, a $20+gst credit fee will apply. The Facility is responsible for all costs incurred in returning the returned goods to Atlas McNeil Healthcare.
5. No goods may be returned without the relevant invoice number being quoted.
6. In the case of defective goods or an Atlas McNeil Healthcare processing error, Atlas McNeil Healthcare will arrange collection of goods via our freight carrier at our expense.
7. Indent product orders (non-stock items) will be placed on receipt of firm order from the customer and the goods are non-returnable.
8. Atlas McNeil Healthcare will not accept returns on any nutritional products.
