1. All claims related to incorrect supply must be made to Customer Service within seven (7) days after date of delivery.
2. Where return of a non-defective product is sought, approval must be obtained from Atlas McNeil Healthcare prior to its return.
3. The product must be returned at the customer's expense in a saleable condition and part boxes will not be accepted.
4. For return of goods, a $20+gst credit fee will apply. The Facility is responsible for all costs incurred in returning the returned goods to Atlas McNeil Healthcare.
5. No goods may be returned without the relevant invoice number being quoted.
6. In the case of defective goods or an Atlas McNeil Healthcare processing error, Atlas McNeil Healthcare will arrange collection of goods via our freight carrier at our expense.
7. Indent product orders (non-stock items) will be placed on receipt of firm order from the customer and the goods are non-returnable.
8. Atlas McNeil Healthcare will not accept returns on any nutritional products.
